against the current...

These images were taken with a Kodak folding camera made in 1935 and a roll of 120 film wedged in with a cut-up pad of sticky notes to hold the film in the center. It's not the quality of the images, the light leaks, the scratches and dust that matter to me...it is the overcoming of inertia and trying...

These are GREAT. My favorite sort of things. On the computer screen, they look like scanned tintypes. Kudos.

Wonderful that you got something so fabulous from an ancient camera Rhonda, yes overcoming the tendency to do nothing is the biggest achievement! These pictures came out lovely so well worth the effort.

CS - I thought they looked like tintypes too! Great fun!

Paul - I think someone telling me that 616 film was like 620 film which is similar to 120 put the idea in my head to try.

yes, breaking out of inertia and experimenting!!! great pixs...the film registered the light and you got something!!

these are great Rhonda, i played around with kodak 616 camera a bit ago...i agree, its not the results its the effort... :)
