Day 9: Paul's sister, Angela and her beautiful son Kaelan, picked us up. We drove to Braintree in Essex for a lunch of Vegetable Pie at The Mulberry Tree. Met her fiancee, Doug Bell then visited two beautiful villages (Stisted and Finchingfield) in Essex. You have to love the old world charm and the thatched roofs (and the tea and cakes at the Picture Pot Cafe). If I was rich and money was no object I would have a summer home in one of those villages...the house with the yellow doors in Finchingfield...

Tell me of the people in those houses and shops. Weren't they most lovely and sweet?
CS: I only met the man who worked at the Picture Pot. I tried to get him in the picture but he moved. He was very friendly and nice. I'm sure the other people in the houses and shops were lovely and sweet...they would have to be living in such an idyllic setting!
