buddha in the rose garden

Last time I wrote with structure, but today my head is spinning out of control with thoughts, too many to focus. Lately I've noticed this seemingly negative overactivity in my mind making me feel like I'm in a fog, forgetful, anxious, stressed, inability to be effective at anything...so I've decided to spit out all those thoughts in my head in a random fashion...maybe it will help clear things up a bit or maybe it will just pass the time until I can think and function again. At least it's random, I feel more comfortable there...

That's a lot of stuff going on in there. When that happens to me, I focus on one thing that makes me happy, something very tangible and real like a flower or a favorite food, something sensual, and I try to keep my mind right there.

Sometimes it doesn't work. That is when I am in deep trouble.

But just writing it might be the thing. Let me know.

The writing of it helped for awhile until things became all jumbled again. You're right I need to focus on one thing...something that doesn't have a story or complication attached...I'll try that today!

Thanks,

a great language expression...jumbled, random, uncomfortable...you are real, that is the important thing.
