Denial isn't just a river in Egypt
Icarus: All limits are self-imposed.
It's true! Sometimes I'm in denial about it but it's true. So the journey begins to find what I really, really, really want and to stop imposing the limits that have prevented me from finding what I really, really, really want...

Cryptic comment there Rhonda :) How's things?
Welcome back! I am thinking about your dictum. Don't get bogged down by absolutes. Let go.
Igor: some things are good and some things are bad! :) But I am grateful for the good! How are you????????
CS: Letting go is my absolute goal!
Sounds like a Spice Girl's song! Don't know about you but I'm 50 now and still haven't a clue what I want from life, I suppose it's the same as everyone else but what do they really, really want!!??
I feel a large shrug of the shoulders coming on...! Is it sustainable happiness we are looking for? Is that possible? More questions than answers as always.
Cambodia was hot - bloody hot. Don't visit there in April, that's my advice. But I rented an apartment from a lovely girl who began life as an orphan and now runs a cafe and a fashion studio, and met some interesting people, including a lady who channels spirits and a former Episcopalian bishop who now lives in Phnom Penh with his boyfriend and hobnobs only with royalty, so all was not lost. Oh, and a dozen publishers don't want to publish my novel - my agent says to revise it and try again later. What you up to? Why don't you come teach in Asia?
Sounds so exciting, so tempting...are you home yet?
Paul,
The questions are good... sustainable happiness...I don't think it is possible but what is possible? Yes the questions, always the questions.
