On the other hand. . . moss is killing my trees! They used to make mattresses stuffed with moss in Casselberry, Florida. Had a factory. Shipped them across the country. I can't imagine it.
We don't have moss here to kill our trees...don't think I'd like to sleep on a mattress made of it though as a child in Florida my dolls and stuffed animals often had moss mattresses. Okay, Okay, maybe I don't want the man who would give up the world for moss...but caterpillars...now there's a man! :)

Is it moss or lichen? Not sure from looking at it, anyway, it makes for a great subject and you made something beautiful out of it :)
